HI, I’M MADY!

I am a mother of two young boys, the wife of an awesome doctor and follower of Jesus. My most favorite activities include exercising and taking sunset walks with my little family! I have been an RN in obstetrics since 2018. I truly enjoy that role- but I was ready to help people holistically heal, instead of battling against the body’s innate ability to reharness equilibrium.

I obtained my Integrative Health Practitioner certification in March of 2024, and have never felt more at-home in this work. I believe that correcting imbalances in the body by getting to the root cause, rather than treating symptoms from the top-down, is the life God intended for us to live: a testament to the majestic way he created us. My areas of focus are rooted in nutrition, digestion and stress recovery. When we are able to fortify the mind and body against stressors, this will put your whole system in its most resilient state. These things are at the root of healing.
